From Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport (MYF) head east toward John J Montgomery Dr, and turn left onto John J Montgomery Dr. Then turn right onto Aero Dr, and turn right onto Kearny Villa Rd. Next turn left onto the CA-163 N ramp, and keep left, follow signs for CA-163/Escondido and merge onto CA-163 N. Afterwards, take exit 10 for Kearny Villa Road, and use any lane to turn left onto Kearny Villa Rd. At this point turn left onto Tierra Grande St. Finally, turn right, and Modern Home Remodeling will be in front of you.
